Damages and manufacturing issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours of delivery, if your item/s are defective, were damaged in transit, or in the rare event you received the wrong item so we can make it right. Please provide photo documentation of all damages or order discrepancies.  If your order arrives damaged due to our negligence we will offer a replacement of the same item, if the item you originally purchased is out of stock you may elect to exchange it for a different item of equal value or request a full refund to your original form of payment.

We will notify you via the email address associated with your order to update you on the status of your claim. If approved, we will automatically issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that each financial institution has its own processing times, once a refund has been processed it could take several days for you to see it reflected in your account. If you have not received your deposit within 7-10 business days contact us at hello@mawamo.com

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specialty item.
